Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Logia platform operated by Logia (“we,” “our,” or “us”). The “Service” includes our marketing website at dev.logia.live, our church dashboard at church.dev.logia.live, and our listener application at app.dev.logia.live. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Logia Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization (such as a church), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users, including church administrators, listeners, and any other individuals who access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Logia provides a real-time sermon and speech translation platform for religious organizations and other groups. Our Service includes:
- A church/organization dashboard for managing translation sessions
- Real-time audio transcription and translation using AI technologies
- A listener application allowing congregation members to access translations by scanning a QR code or entering a 6-digit session code
- Analytics and session management tools
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
To access the church dashboard, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@logia.live
- Not share your account credentials with third parties
Listener users (who join via QR code or 6-digit session code) do not need to create an account and are subject to these Terms solely with respect to their use of the listener application.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscription Plans
Logia offers several paid subscription tiers. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Translation Hours
Translation hours are consumed based on the number of concurrent language streams during a session. Broadcasting in one language for one hour consumes one translation hour. Broadcasting in two languages simultaneously for one hour consumes two translation hours. Unused translation hours do not roll over between billing periods. For a full explanation, see dev.logia.live/translation-hours.
Each subscription plan includes a set number of translation hours per billing period and a per-plan overage rate that applies to usage beyond the included hours. All plans support unlimited listeners, unlimited events, and all available translation languages. Please refer to the current plan details at dev.logia.live/#pricing for the most up-to-date information on included hours and overage rates. Transcripts are not stored or made available to church administrators through the dashboard regardless of plan.
Overage Billing
On an active paid subscription, translation sessions continue uninterrupted when included translation hours are exhausted. Usage beyond included hours is automatically billed as overage in 60-minute increments at the overage rate for your plan. Overage charges are applied at the end of each session and billed to your payment method on file. You can monitor your remaining included hours at any time through the church dashboard.
Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through the church dashboard. Plan changes — including any change to the number of included translation hours or overage rate — take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Mid-cycle plan changes do not result in proration of fees unless required by applicable law.
Free Trial
New accounts receive 2 free translation hours to try the Service. No credit card is required to access the free trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be required to select a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.
Billing & Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us at support@logia.live. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the period you have paid for.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
